4. MARKETING

6. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data collected will be stored on servers located in the United States. Transfers to the United States will be necessary for OneThree to provide its Services. We will transfer your personal data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (“EEA”), to the United States where OneThree is based. 

However, we have in place appropriate transfer legitimisation measures to ensure the validity of personal data transfers to countries in which there is not a similar level of protection as required under applicable data protection laws. Those transfer legitimisation measures may include entry into appropriate inter-company data transfer agreements based on the European Standard Contractual Clauses or ensuring the recipient is certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
